after having a baby and finishing school my hubby and i finally feel like life is starting! we struggle with just about everything but we are happily figuring things out as we go. the purpose of this blog is threefold, first to update our family and friends about what we're up to, second to show off and share my discoveries and accomplishments as a homemaker and most importantly to brag about that Lincoln boy! in turn there are two requirements for you to partake of this blog, leave comments so i know my effort has a purpose and of course, ENJOY!

oh what do you do in the winter time..

...when your stuck inside and theres absolutely nothing to do??
Today we got out the face paints and entertained ourselves, and we figured that we didn't have to restrict ourselves to a purely facial canvas.
Showing me he's a tough guy. (he says this phrase a lot, "Mom, you're a tough guy?")
We're only a month into winter and we are already going CRAZY, anyone have some good ideas for activities we can do for the next couple MONTHS?

    LOVE IT!! Winter sparks the creativity. (Although, I am loving this whole 70 degrees in January thing. Move to AZ!!!) :)

    Okay, I figure winter is almost halfway over (November, December, January), so only 3 months to go until spring. I know I'm tired of the cold and snow. Making cookies, watching movies, visiting the library are things I think of when it's cold outside.
