New Years Party

For New Year's Eve, Winnie and fam came down to celebrate with us. With so much snow out on the ground we had to take the boys out to do some sledding.

Even i geared up and ventured out, see there's my hand. Lincoln loved climbing these "stairs" at the park, they are really planters though.

I love forcing GJ to have a good time :)

That night we had a yummy fondue dinner (inspired by matt's mom, a new tradition that we have adopted as well) This year we had cheese fondue with bread and apples, a fruit platter with orange creme fruit dip and some little smokies, some of which were deliciously wrapped in blankets. It was a whole finger food kind of thing. Then after the kids went to bed we busted out Settlers and stopped mid-game for a little chocolate fondue which is also always delicious!

New years day we just hung around the house and played. The dino tent served its purpose and occupied many of the chilluns.

At one point we lost track of the little boys, only to find them each with an iphone... oh man, do I worry about the next generation, lol.
