after having a baby and finishing school my hubby and i finally feel like life is starting! we struggle with just about everything but we are happily figuring things out as we go. the purpose of this blog is threefold, first to update our family and friends about what we're up to, second to show off and share my discoveries and accomplishments as a homemaker and most importantly to brag about that Lincoln boy! in turn there are two requirements for you to partake of this blog, leave comments so i know my effort has a purpose and of course, ENJOY!

Aunt MiMi comes to visit for Memorial Day!

This weekend we were graced with the presence of Matt's sister Megan! (lincoln refers to her as mimi) She's attending school up at the Y in I and decided to spend her day off with us. We spent our time shopping, watching movies, playing games, and eating! It was a great weekend (all except for when they ganged up on me during wizard, i haven't lost my temper in years!!)
We spent memorial day with Matt's aunts and uncles and their families. I just don't really know whats better then BBQ's on holidays.
Lincoln is looking off in the distance at the trees and dangerous canal that he wants to jump into.
Man, i love those boys!!
Lincoln just loves everybody!!
