{about us}

after having a baby and finishing school my hubby and i finally feel like life is starting! we struggle with just about everything but we are happily figuring things out as we go. the purpose of this blog is threefold, first to update our family and friends about what we're up to, second to show off and share my discoveries and accomplishments as a homemaker and most importantly to brag about that Lincoln boy! in turn there are two requirements for you to partake of this blog, leave comments so i know my effort has a purpose and of course, ENJOY!

PNW trip

Back in april my sister {who also lives in utah} and i packed up our kids and hit the road. I finally have the motivation to blog about it! We drove up to boise, stayed a night, went over to western washington for a week, down to oregon for another week and back. It was wonderful to be home again! I love it here in Utah, but the key things it's missing is evergreens and family.
At nana's house, Zeus allowed Lincoln to completely maul him. I've never seen a cat like that before!
Ethan is such a good older cousin (he's really just trying to make Linc sit still for pic, no choking involved) and Lincoln just loved him!
This still counts as a good pic of all the cousins because you can still see Oli's little head in the background.
Getting 5 boys to sit still on the couch for a picture? Not likely, this is the worst of the bunch we took, which is why it's my favorite.
Linc and his Meggy-Meggy-poo-poos
Do we like lightning mqueen or what?
thats how i roll
some of my favorite boys, shirtless of course.
We went down to the aquarium for an afternoon. Linc and I liked the sharks the best.
Lincoln wins the photogenic contest in this pic
We went to the beach and it was a little windy. What's good for wind? Pink flowered knitted hats, thats what. (it happens when you visit a house thats mostly girls)
I can't believe this girl is my niece sometimes. I can remember when she was the size of Linc in this picture. thats weird.
