It seems to be my turn to make a tribute to the world's greatest dad! Who is of course, MATT!! There are no words to describe how caring, fun, happy, supportive, silly, patient, loving, gentle, gracious, thoughtful, helpful, easy-going, out-going, attentive, intelligent, cheerful, sincere, etc, etc etc, ok MAYBE there are words!! Matt is a wonderful dad and he always tries so hard to keep up with that maniac of a son of his. It's so fun to see Lincoln grow and to see how many attributes he has obviously inherited from Matt and not me! Matt, we love you and are so lucky to have you as husband and daddy!
You can tell from this picture how much Lincoln really looks up to Matt.. (and also, why is this kid never wearing pants?)
Fathers day was a fun day filled with, father's day breakfast (which i totally ruined but he still pretended to enjoy :) homemade fathers day sentiments, and a day off of fatherhood duties! (how lucky am I to have a husband that will change diapers on a daily basis?? and i love that i can buy him t-shirts like this and he'll actually wear it, hehe!)
LOVE IT!!! I think that Derek will wear those kind of shirts once Kenzie gives it to him and asks...when are you going to wear it daddy? And his heart will melt and he will say RIGHT NOW!!! Lincoln is getting big!! And pants are never necessary!
