Matt brought home a recipe for salsa that sounded really yummy, so I bought all the ingredients and let him go for it. It was a recipe that made 3 pints and said we should can it. We figured we could eat it all and didn't need to can it, but then decided to be on the safe side we should. But we don't have the supplies.
So we decided to make our own supplies! We piled some silverware at the bottom of the pot and surrounding the jars so they wouldn't touch the pot at all. And what do you know? It worked! Sometimes we think we are so clever..
