Hay and Meggers

Back in the beginning of July my nieces came out to attend both basketball camp and soccer camp at the Y. So we helped get them there and got to spend the weekend in between together.
This is my niece Haylee, she is 15. Matt frequently asks me if I feel old when he remembers how old Haylee is, but I reply, heck no! I was only 10 when she was born, so that means I am ONLY 10 years older than 15. And do you remember how young you were when you were 15?? I do, so only 10 years later is still plenty young folks!
And here is Megan. I went to watch their last games. She made it all the way through the championship and her team won! The week before at basketball camp when I came to watch her play I ended up taking her to the sports ICU because she hurt her shoulder (a former injury came back to haunt.) It was for sure the most extremely hectic day of my life, I got a good taste of what it would be like to have 4 children. Not my cup of tea, I'll tell you that! But we ended up making it through the day, I think at one point Lincoln ate a cheeto he found on the ground at the Dr's office, but since he's still alive, i think we can still call the day a success.
During the awards Lincoln found Cosmo. He had him all to himself for a good 10 minutes and they were playing soccer, it was sooooo cute!!
Both of my nieces met boys at their camps. Is this not ridiculous?!
We tried to take some nice pictures with the baby.
And ended up mostly with shots like this, well that is when we added Lincoln. This one still makes me laugh.
After two weeks of sports these girls were worn out!
But between the two we went to good old Trafalga. Haylee may be in front of me, but I had already lapped her, so really I'm winning :)
Chillin
For Sunday dessert we made sugar cookies
As you can see we put good use to the 101 cookie cutter pack I own. Here we have a nice assortment of Dinosaurs, butterflies, duckies, D's Bat's and 8's. Delicious!
