after having a baby and finishing school my hubby and i finally feel like life is starting! we struggle with just about everything but we are happily figuring things out as we go. the purpose of this blog is threefold, first to update our family and friends about what we're up to, second to show off and share my discoveries and accomplishments as a homemaker and most importantly to brag about that Lincoln boy! in turn there are two requirements for you to partake of this blog, leave comments so i know my effort has a purpose and of course, ENJOY!

First Sponge Bath

At 6 days old we gave Ace his first sponge bath!
He wasn't a huge fan of it but he also didn't scream too much either.
By the end he was very happy to get some snuggles.
We had our first experience with sibling jealousy issues during the event. We realized that both Matt and I couldn't be giving Ace 100% of our attention at once because Lincoln needed some too, but it all worked out when we involved Lincoln in the process. He just loves that brother so much!
