We had an absolutely FANTASTIC week! After two weeks of waiting my mom finally made it out to help with Ace. She had bought a ticket out for May 14th because I was due the 7th and she wanted to give me a week to make sure I'd had the baby before she came. Well Ace ended up coming well before that and as helpful as Matt is, work started getting busy and I was sure ready for a second pair of hands. It was fantastic having her here and she left yesterday, which i am still trying to not have a total melt down over. Matt and i both looked at each other this morning after breakfast and said, "well whose going to do our dishes now??" :) So heres some snapshots of our great week:
On saturday before we picked her up from the airport we stopped at my sister Wendy's and went to her neighborhood carnival thingy. Between the bounch house, cake walk, snow cones, face paint and bubbles Lincoln just wanted to climb trees.
We hung out with the cute baba's while we waited for Nana.
We blew some bubbles
We gave Ace his first real bath.
We hung out with some baba's some more
We went out to eat
and eat and eat...
we went to the bounce house (and of course they wanted to play on these dumb rides more than the bouncers)
we practiced some Tball.

we were spoiled from head to toe by Nana.
we mowed the lawn
andhad a BBQ
and played some baseball.
Thanks for coming Nana, we miss you so much...
...good thing grandma comes in this week!!
