He is now eating solids regularly. So far he hasn't shown a great interest to anything we've given him and most of the time I think he would just rather nurse anyway. Maybe I should have listened to La Leche League and waited. Just kidding, it will probably be another story when we really add some fruits in there. He has two teeth on the bottom which are VERY sharp. He really likes to bite the spoon.
He is ridiculously close to crawling. He got all the movements down, it's just a matter of coordinating them all together. When he can't get where he wants to go he gets a little upset but most of the time i'll look away and back and he'll be on the other side of the room, whether he rolled or scooted over there.

Lincoln's main form of communication is growling and making the M sound repeatedly. Basically, it's hilarious. Depending on how long or loud the growl is we'll know hes mad and the M means he wants something. His laughs are finally audible and more frequent and so stinkin cute!
Lincolns favorite things to play with (suck on) are my cell phone, the wipes box, the laundry basket and the legs of chairs. He couldn't be less interested in his toys. But he LOVES books. If you try and sit with him in his rocker and you don't read him a book, he will think you are CRAZY!
He is now sleeping in a crib of his own! Although he still gets up 1-3 times a night. Does anyone have advice for fading out a night feeding? But he goes to bed pretty early and likes to sleep in which is great for us!
We just love our little Lincoln and can't believe we've had him around for 7 months already. We wish we could slow time down but are still enjoying every minute of it!
We have the same nuk sippy cup! Collin hates it though and won't use it. I actually had to go to a regular sippy cup and take out the stopper. He drinks so much better that way! As for night feedings I have a book called the Baby Whisperer and what she said worked for me. Go in just as he is beginning to stir and starting to wake up because he wants to eat and pop a binky in his mouth. The sucking motion will usually make it so he doesn't wake up and in a couple of nights he probably won't wake up anymore! Worth a try!
