Our Valentines Weekend

Matt and I don't usually exchange gifts for valentines but this year i got him a book about love to read to Linc and he got me cookie cutters. 101 cookie cutters to be exact! A cookie cutter for every occasion, can you imagine??

On Saturday we left for Utah. We met Matt's parents and sister there so we could go to the Draper Temple Open House. What a beautiful temple, and so big! It was Lincoln's second temple open house, but this was the first one he could see, last time he was in my tummy! He was so amazed at everything inside.
While we were in Utah we stopped by temple square, one of my favorite places for obvious reasons. And here we are, last time we posed here there were only two of us and now we are three! (I don't know how well you can see but Linc is making such a funny face in this pic!)

Lincoln loved the statue of Jesus and all of the paintings! Whenever we would take him upto one he would raise his hand and point to Jesus like this picture. Yeah, he remembers.

We had such a fun weekend! We got to go the the temple open house, visits Matt's Aunts and Uncles and their families, go to temple square, eat at Tucanos (yum!), and just spend time as a family!
