{about us}

after having a baby and finishing school my hubby and i finally feel like life is starting! we struggle with just about everything but we are happily figuring things out as we go. the purpose of this blog is threefold, first to update our family and friends about what we're up to, second to show off and share my discoveries and accomplishments as a homemaker and most importantly to brag about that Lincoln boy! in turn there are two requirements for you to partake of this blog, leave comments so i know my effort has a purpose and of course, ENJOY!

New Hair?

So i need a haircut, very very very badly.

It hasn't been cut since Lincoln was about 2 months old. He's almost 11 so that makes it 9 months. Remember how short it was? It had layers like crazy, which have grown out into an ugly garbled mess. Why haven't i cut it yet? Probably because i am just now feeling used to life with a baby and haven't felt like i've had time for anything, especially not personal needs like looking decent. Well now that all the hair that fell out has now grown back in i think it's time to deal with it.What if i did an assymetrical bob? While i obviously wouldn't go blonde i think this would be fun and different and i am always up for trying new stuff with my hair even if i never actually do.And since i never think a blog is complete without a picture of linc, here ya go. He went on a walk with daddy today and zonked out! I love it when he keeps his hats on!

  2. I think you should go for IT!!! Change is good, I would for sure cut it in a way that if you didn't like it you could cut it again...but that's just me. We miss you guys and when you are out here, if you want we should totally hang out!
