after having a baby and finishing school my hubby and i finally feel like life is starting! we struggle with just about everything but we are happily figuring things out as we go. the purpose of this blog is threefold, first to update our family and friends about what we're up to, second to show off and share my discoveries and accomplishments as a homemaker and most importantly to brag about that Lincoln boy! in turn there are two requirements for you to partake of this blog, leave comments so i know my effort has a purpose and of course, ENJOY!

Happy Mother's Day

I might not be a mom quite yet, but I think carrying a baby for 8 months still gives me license to celebrate a little, right? (Whoa, that means I'm gonna have a baby soon, yikes!) For mothers day I got some beautiful roses and a letter from Matt and baby telling me how excited he is to meet me! Matt made an awesome BBQ chicken and potatoes dinner thing that was delicious and some cake because how can you celebrate without cake? It was a pretty nice day!

    I wish the jet ski was ours! We are letting the basement people's friends store it there. Lol yeah we can hang out any time! Only the upstairs is our living quarters but we do have a HD tv and HD DVD player! Lol Maybe Matt would like that. And a Grill! Party time!
