after having a baby and finishing school my hubby and i finally feel like life is starting! we struggle with just about everything but we are happily figuring things out as we go. the purpose of this blog is threefold, first to update our family and friends about what we're up to, second to show off and share my discoveries and accomplishments as a homemaker and most importantly to brag about that Lincoln boy! in turn there are two requirements for you to partake of this blog, leave comments so i know my effort has a purpose and of course, ENJOY!

Weekend in Boise

Well it's definatly time i put something new up here. This last weekend we went to Boise. My mom and my brother Shawn flew in to visit my grandpa, so Matt and I met them there. We left after class on friday, picked up Shawn from the airport and went to Grandpa's until Mom got in later than night. It was a good visit with grandpa, he's getting pretty old but he was actually in a pretty good mood when we were there, so we had fun. We left early sunday morning, so it felt like a really short weekend since we only spent saturday doing anything but it was good to see family at least a little bit and check in on grandpa.
