after having a baby and finishing school my hubby and i finally feel like life is starting! we struggle with just about everything but we are happily figuring things out as we go. the purpose of this blog is threefold, first to update our family and friends about what we're up to, second to show off and share my discoveries and accomplishments as a homemaker and most importantly to brag about that Lincoln boy! in turn there are two requirements for you to partake of this blog, leave comments so i know my effort has a purpose and of course, ENJOY!

Happy birthday!

So I had a little extra birthday money so I got a sewing machine! It's a pretty basic model but not like i could use a complicated one anyway! I've made two blankets already! Just back to back fabric but i'm pretty excited. I've decided i'm really into crafts lately but i don't really know how to do anything, oh well i'll learn. Disneyland and a sewing machine, pretty much the best birthday ever!

    Linny, if you go to your dashboard and hit Layout, you can ADD ELEMENTS on the side, like links to other sites or other web pages. You can add all sorts of things, surveys, lists, pictures.
